Job Summary

Lakhpati Builders & Developers is hiring a Customer Relations Officer to support customers after enquiry and booking. The role focuses on timely communication, organized records, smooth coordination with internal teams, and a professional experience for buyers throughout their relationship with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to booking status, documents, payment schedules, project updates, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, documentation, and operations teams to resolve customer requests.
  • Maintain customer files, communication logs, service follow-up lists, and pending-action trackers.
  • Prepare clear updates for customers while keeping internal teams informed of commitments and deadlines.
  • Support handover, transfer, and documentation processes when required.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of customer service, client coordination, or real estate support experience.
  • Professional written and spoken communication in English and Urdu.
  • Organized approach to documentation, follow-ups, and customer issue tracking.
  • Ability to stay calm, polite, and accurate when handling sensitive customer concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting property buyers or high-value client accounts.
  • Comfort using office productivity tools and shared tracking sheets.
  • Understanding of payment schedules, booking files, and real estate documentation.
