Accounts Assistant
Job Summary
Lakhpati Builders & Developers is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily finance operations at the head office. The role involves accurate record keeping, disciplined documentation, payment follow-up support, and coordination with sales and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vouchers, update payment ledgers, and organize supporting documents for review.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor records, customer payment schedules, and receipt tracking.
- Coordinate with sales and administration teams on documentation, invoices, and payment queries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing for customer and vendor finance records.
- Support monthly reporting by preparing basic schedules and summaries for the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- One or more years of accounting or finance administration experience.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic accounting entries, and document control.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow approval and filing procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP workflows.
- Basic understanding of withholding tax, vendor payments, or customer installment records.
