Job Summary

Lakhpati Builders & Developers is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily finance operations at the head office. The role involves accurate record keeping, disciplined documentation, payment follow-up support, and coordination with sales and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vouchers, update payment ledgers, and organize supporting documents for review.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor records, customer payment schedules, and receipt tracking.
  • Coordinate with sales and administration teams on documentation, invoices, and payment queries.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing for customer and vendor finance records.
  • Support monthly reporting by preparing basic schedules and summaries for the finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • One or more years of accounting or finance administration experience.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic accounting entries, and document control.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow approval and filing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based finance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP workflows.
  • Basic understanding of withholding tax, vendor payments, or customer installment records.
