Site Engineer

Job Summary

Lakhpati Builders & Developers is seeking a Site Engineer to support day-to-day execution on active development sites. The role requires practical construction knowledge, close coordination with contractors, and the ability to keep site activity aligned with drawings, schedules, quality expectations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works and coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and site supervisors.
• Review work against approved drawings, specifications, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
• Track material requirements, site constraints, contractor progress, and pending technical decisions.
• Prepare daily progress notes, issue logs, measurements, and photo updates for management review.
• Escalate quality, safety, or schedule risks early with practical recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Three or more years of site execution experience on building projects.
• Ability to read drawings, check quantities, monitor work quality, and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Comfort working on-site with contractors and resolving practical execution issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential or mixed-use development projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar planning tools.
• Understanding of finishing works, MEP coordination, and handover preparation.
