Job Summary

Lakhpati Builders & Developers is looking for a confident Project Sales Executive to manage buyer enquiries for residential and commercial developments. The role is suited to someone who understands consultative selling, can explain project details clearly, and follows up consistently from first enquiry through booking documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, website, and referral enquiries with accurate project information.
  • Explain unit availability, pricing ranges, payment schedules, booking process, and required documents.
  • Coordinate site visits, office meetings, follow-up calls, and next-step reminders for qualified prospects.
  • Maintain lead notes, customer preferences, visit outcomes, and booking status in the sales tracker.
  • Share weekly enquiry, visit, and conversion updates with the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of real estate, property sales, banking sales, or other customer-facing sales experience.
  • Clear spoken and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Strong follow-up discipline, professional presentation, and comfort handling high-value enquiries.
  • Ability to explain pricing, booking steps, and documentation requirements in a simple way.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Karachi real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet-based lead tracking.
  • Existing understanding of property buyer documentation and booking workflows.

Salary range: Market competitive
