Muhammad Younus

Muhammad Younus is a distinguished entrepreneur and visionary business leader whose journey reflects determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth. Coming from a family engaged in the gold jewelry trade, he chose to forge his own path at an early age, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build lasting enterprises.

Recognizing the potential of Pakistan’s emerging property market, Muhammad Younus entered the real estate sector in the late 1970s. He successfully launched and developed large-scale real estate projects spanning over 200 acres and 164 acres respectively, establishing a strong reputation as a developer with the vision and capability to undertake landmark developments. He also expanded into the construction sector, delivering numerous residential apartment projects in Karachi's historic urban districts.

During the challenging economic conditions that followed Pakistan’s nuclear tests in 1998, when the real estate sector experienced a significant downturn, Muhammad Younus demonstrated exceptional adaptability and foresight. He diversified into the hospitality and events industry by developing marriage halls and banquet facilities on strategically located properties in Karachi. This innovative approach not only sustained business growth during a difficult period but also helped pioneer a concept that would later be widely adopted within the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Today, Muhammad Younus is widely recognized for his entrepreneurial vision, business acumen, and ability to identify opportunities across diverse industries. Waseem Younus

Waseem Younus holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and brings over three decades of diverse business experience. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he began working alongside his father in the real estate and construction sectors across Karachi and various regions of Sindh while pursuing his academic studies.

Over the years, he has developed substantial expertise in real estate development, construction, mining and crushing operations, road infrastructure, sales, and strategic planning. His practical experience across multiple business verticals has enabled him to contribute to project execution with a strong understanding of both commercial opportunity and operational delivery.

As Managing Partner, Waseem Younus oversees the strategic planning, sales, and development of projects, ensuring their successful execution in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and organizational objectives.

Nadeem Younus

Nadeem Younus is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who completed his professional training with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Pakistan, following his undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge. With over 30 years of professional experience, including five years of articleship at PwC, he has developed extensive expertise in auditing, financial advisory, taxation, corporate governance, and strategic consulting.

He is the founder of Nadeem & Co. Chartered Accountants and Provident Consulting (Private) Limited, where he has advised a broad portfolio of clients across finance, taxation, accounting, corporate matters, and business strategy. His work has supported organizations in improving financial discipline, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and long-term business planning.

In addition to his consulting practice, Nadeem served as Chief Financial Officer – Asia Region for Kaymu, the e-commerce venture of Rocket Internet, which later evolved into Daraz, one of South Asia’s leading online marketplaces. In this role, he played a key part in financial management, business expansion, and operational development across multiple markets in the region.

Currently, as Director Finance & Development at Oud Properties, Nadeem oversees the financial, taxation, legal, and development functions of Oud Residency. His leadership ensures sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of the project's strategic and development objectives.

Haji Azeem Lakhpati

Haji Azeem Lakhpati is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience spanning multiple industries. He holds an MBA with specializations in Finance and Human Resources, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Pakistan. He also pursued his undergraduate studies through the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Throughout his distinguished career, Haji Azeem has built a strong track record in corporate leadership, financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation. His expertise extends across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate development, construction, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food and beverages, hospitality, event management, agriculture, power generation, and coal mining.

He has held senior leadership positions in several prominent organizations, where he has contributed to business growth, operational restructuring, and strategic expansion. His professional journey includes key roles with Dadex Eternit Limited, Mehran Spice & Food Industries, CandyLand Pakistan, Engro Foods Limited, National Foods Limited, Al Khaleej Sugar Company, and Al Abbas Sugar Mills Limited.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Haji Azeem is a successful entrepreneur who has founded and led several businesses across hospitality, food and beverage, events, manufacturing, and real estate. As Founder, Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Director, he has been instrumental in establishing and growing ventures including The Palms Banquets, The Event Planners, Billionaire Corporation, Shinwari Nights, Desi Dera, Chai Studio, and Amryal Industries (Private) Limited.

Aleem Younus serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Zafiro Homes Design Studio, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in interior design, architectural services, and project management for residential and commercial developments. A graduate of the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Aleem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.

With a strong understanding of design, execution, and client requirements, Aleem has led projects that combine functionality, aesthetics, and practical delivery. His work spans residential interiors, commercial spaces, and design-led project coordination, allowing him to contribute a refined design perspective to the broader development ecosystem.

Through Zafiro Homes Design Studio, Aleem continues to focus on creating thoughtfully designed spaces that align with client aspirations, project goals, and modern lifestyle expectations.

Mulassum Younus

Mulassum Younus is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Karam Properties, a Karachi-based real estate development company dedicated to creating high-quality, affordable residential and commercial communities. Since co-founding the company in 2017, he has led its transformation from a single 5-acre development into a diversified real estate enterprise with a portfolio exceeding 100 acres across multiple residential and commercial projects.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, one of Pakistan’s leading business schools. His academic foundation, combined with hands-on entrepreneurial experience, has shaped his approach to structured development, operational discipline, and sustainable growth.

Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mulassum built a strong foundation in Human Resources and Organizational Development through roles at K-Electric and Kaymu.pk. During his MBA studies, he also gained international business experience through project-based engagements with Shell Türkiye, further strengthening his capabilities in strategy, leadership, and organizational management.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mulassum oversees corporate strategy, project development, finance, operations, and organizational growth. His vision is centered on expanding access to quality housing, developing sustainable communities, and creating long-term value for investors, residents, and the broader urban landscape of Pakistan.
